- annual maintenance, the control parameters of heating systems (temperature and pressure);
- Maintenance ITP and thermal networks;
- Maintenance of valves, instrumentation, control devices;
- seasonal service ITP and thermal networks (cleaning, repair and installation of equipment, to the density and strength of the test).
